Seijuku Dan Judo - "Developing mature students through the gentle way"
Mission
To cultivate maturity and personal growth through the practice of Kodokan Judo, following the philosophy and teachings of Jigoro Kano.
What We Offer:
1. Kodokan Judo - the martial art emphasizing throwing an opponent from their feet to the floor, pinning, and ultimately submitting them. Kodokan Judo is the father of modern day Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Offered 2 days per week.
2. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - We partner with Reflection Jiu Jitsu, offering training and ranking in the sport of Brazilian Jiujitsu 5 days a week at our location in Sanford, NC (see button below).
3. Wrestling - We partner with Freeco Wrestling & Sambo Club located in Fayetteville, NC to meet all of your competitive aspirations (see button below). They offer advanced wrestling and Sambo training for competitors.
4. Sambo - As one of the few Sambo certified coaches in North Carolina, certified by the South Eastern Sambo Association, we compete in the local to national level Sambo circuit. There are no ranks in Sambo. Only glory.
5. Military - We have a invitation only group located on Fort Bragg, NC for our brave service members and their dependents with access to Fort Bragg and its amenities. Services are FREE!
We start with kids as young as 3 (maturity allowing).
Adults with experience are welcome to join their littles ones during class to help them learn the art we know and love. We are a family friendly gym!Adults of all ages and limitations welcome!
Our adults' class is Senior and disability friendly, easily accommodating those with physical limitations. We have an ADA compatible ramp. We have many disabled vets, and students over 60.We have an awesome Ladies group!

If you want to compete in Judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Sambo, or Wrestling, we have a program for you!
Our clubs and/or partners are affiliated with USA Judo, USA Wrestling, South Eastern Sambo Association (SESA), and the United States Judo Association (USJA). For wrestling, please see the "Freeco Wrestling & Sambo" button below.
